Personal: I am a devoted family man with a wonderful partner and three amazing children. I cherish spending time with them and pouring my heart into our lives together. As an artist, I find peace in illustrations, and I enjoy hobbyist coding, generative AI art/video, and tinkering with PC hardware. This is an annual, peer-nominated award for exemplifying REI’s Core Values and supporting its strategic imperatives, it means a great deal to me and is quite an honor. I've been a part of supporting or leading varying complex, large co-op-wide projects and programs. One I am most proud of at REI is the store credit card re-launch and migration within the Capital One partnership. It was an effort that many thought to be impossible to deliver on time, with any desirable quality or success in less than a year, a timeline to cutover largely driven by contractual deadlines. We were successful, and this re-launch and migration of the REI Mastercard is seen as a best-in-class launch and conversion.
