Led a team of 7 engineers to complete a Euro4 engine and diagnostic calibration program.

Work involved calibration of engine management system to meet Euro4 Regulations (incl EOBD) for high volume overseas customer. Markets included Europe, Asia, Australia, South Africa, South America and Mexico. Work was done as part of a team, and was completed from the earliest stages of the project (no run), through to start of vehicle production.

Worked in a two-person team to calibrate engine management system for Asia-Pacific region (US94 Regulations). Two-year program saw completion of the program from early stages through to production. Experiences were gained in all areas, including calibration of knock control system, spark, open and closed-loop fuelling, starting, emissions, purge and driveability.
