We had recently raised capital as part of an acquisition strategy, so it was critical to maintain our momentum and acquisition pipeline. Worked with the newly appointed CEO to identify actionable targets in our acquisition pipeline and led a strategic initiative to increase scale and product reach with M&A. Raised nearly $100 million in multiple equity and debt financing transactions to provide capital for the strategy. Within a 2-year period, identified and closed three multinational acquisitions (two public and one private) tripling the Company’s revenue, workforce, and significantly increasing its SAM. Successfully integrated the three multinational acquisitions within a year of closing transactions. Centralized finance teams and integrated ERP systems resulting in improved reporting, controls and significant synergy capture (e.g., reduced finance headcount assumed in the acquisitions from eleven to one within six months of close).
