I have 15+ years in warehousing experience. I have worked my way into Management positions from entry level jobs. I have learned KPI reports, Flow Charting, Excel, and Word. I have managed and trained 35 people directly and was able to oversee the updating of processes to improve output and moral. I helped build the Replenishment team from 8 to over 40 within 5 years. I adapt well to change.
