Pipedrive is a sales CRM tool used by sales teams at over 85,000 companies worldwide with offices in Tallinn, London, Lisbon, New York, and Prague.I was in charge of the paid acquisition strategy and execution, focusing on Paid Social, Programmatic Display and Directories channels. My aim is to drive signups for a free trial and optimise the cost per new paying customers by constantly testing new targeting, creatives, placements and on site pages.► Help acquiring and maintaining 85K paying customers in 2019 vs 49K in 2017 (+73%)► $5M+ yearly digital media spend► 15+ markets covered► Agencies management► Grow hacking► Built and execute the lead generation strategy alongside a more DR approach.► Led the technical migration to in house management of GMP (SA 360, DV 360, and CM)► Work on the strategy and manage projects with product, content, design and engineer teams
