As a lab manager I worked as both a specialized technician and as a customer service specialist, managing both a lab location as well as a sales one.On the customer service side I worked in close contact with a sales teams as well as working with customers from their initial eye exams to the completion of their personalized products.I kept and maintained inventory and customer files at a lab location and translated that into direct sales and customer follow up from the sales office.

As a retention specialist I worked with existing company customers to maintain and satisfy their changing demands. By learning a network of strategically designed sales programs I was able to build customer loyalty and build upon an existing customer relationship.I primarily resolved concerns that customers had over the company's product and leveraged customer loyalty to find the best fit of service for the customer while also increasing profitability.

As a customer account executive I guided clients through student loan options, detailing a complex system of loans and balances, and found custom options for each unique client.I interacted with various third party loaners, working to connect clients with businesses and creating a trusted customer service hub for that network.I gathered information for clients and organized it into clear, understandable packages, as well as handled updating client information for all third party businesses concerning client changes.
