An Ayurvedic and Pancha Karma Specialist, Jeremy graduated valedictorian from the California College of Ayurveda, the country’s premier school of Ayurveda. She also received certification from the American Institute of Vedic Studies in Ayurvedic Health Sciences. To deepen her understanding of the human body and create a solid foundation for the application of the ancient Ayurvedic Body Therapies she became a Certified Massage Therapist through the acclaimed Phillips School of Massage.Following graduation, Jeremy was hired by the California College of Ayurveda and continues there on faculty as a Master Teacher for the Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist Programs. Jeremy is also a faculty member at Joyful Belly School of Ayurveda where she teaches the Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Herbalist, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Masters of Ayurvedic Digestion programs. In addition, Jeremy has her own practice, Inspired Life with Jeremy Ann Anderson, where she continues to work with her clients and patients, allowing her dharma to unfold through this sacred work.It was always clear to Jeremy that her path was to Serve through healing. When she discovered Ayurveda she recognized how that was to manifest. Ayurveda is a truly holistic science, treating the cause of disease at its roots and allowing healing to occur on all levels of body, mind and spirit. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, Jeremy is able to aid in the process of bringing health, wellness and balance to the world. She believes that many of the ills of society are due to our increasing distance from nature. Ayurveda can bring us back into balance with nature and within ourselves, thereby gaining a greater understanding of who we are, and that which creates harmony and disharmony, thus allowing us to live our truth and bliss. This profound science is her passion and she is honored to aid you on your path toward optimal health and peace of mind.Jeremy can customize an Ayurvedic program for you based on your initial consultation, which can include nutrition programs, custom-made herbal remedies, aromatherapy, color therapy, sound therapy, body therapies, yoga asana, meditation, and Pancha Karma. In addition to Ayurvedic consultations, her specialties include Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Swedana, Ayurvedic Dough Dams, Marma Chikitsa, Pancha Karma, and Nisarga Chikitsa (Nature Immersion Therapy). Jeremy leads Ayurvedic Nature Immersion Workshops, Retreats and Expeditions in the forests, mountains and rivers of the US, India, and around the world.
