I have worked for various Groups responsible for managing international taxation issues primarily in the areas of strategic planning and optimization but with responsibilities that have also covered compliance & reporting, risk management and indirect taxes. I have many years of experience in providing business-orientated tax advice, particularly in the fields of organizational change, particularly M&A and restructuring and also spend a good portion of my time providing support to the front-line business, especially in the e-commerce area, ensuring that there is a clear understanding of rights/wrongs and requirements of taxation.
