He reports to the Chief People Officer and to the global head of the Bain Executive Network.

Jeremy launched a medical device company to manufacture and distribute patient-specific 3D image-based drill guides for dental implant surgery. He partnered with a clinician who had a prototype and a vision, developed the go-to-market strategy, and launched the product in nine months. Jeremy grew the customer base, raised Series A funding, and hired a highly-qualified CEO to lead the next phase.

Jeremy led Board-initiated programs to differentiate Bain and drive behaviors that consistently deliver client results and reinforce a high-performance culture. He reported to the Chief Marketing Officer and to the Global Head of Strategy.

Jeremy focused half of his time on private equity clients, performing commercial due diligence to evaluate investment theses and drive investment decisions on over 30 targets across a range industries. He also advised corporate clients on merger integration, new product development, and performance improvement opportunities in the Healthcare and Financial Services industries.
