Previously led Avanade's Artificial Intelligence (GenAI, ML, NLP) and Intelligent Automation (BPM, RPA) Practices, creating industry-specific AI and automation strategies that drove customer experiences and operational efficiency. Our work focused on responsible AI, integrating customer's platforms with AI technologies like Machine Learning, Generative AI, and IoT, coupled with robust process automation tools. Grateful to have grown with Avanade in a variety of roles: Started in delivery management, then blueprinted & scaled our US technical pre-sales function, managed our Midwest Digital Marketing/Commerce practice, then piloted the Account Technology Strategist/Tech Lead role in Avanade's Account Team model on our journey to 60,000+ professionals.
