Continually lead the Atlanta market in all categories since Q2, 2012. Year over year we are performing well over 200% and I am producing over 300% individually. I attended the Best Bankers conference in March, 2013.

Achieved highest credit card performance in NW Atlanta for 2 consecutive years. I won the quarterly Award of Excellence 4 quarters in 2007 and won the Annual Award of Excellence in 2005 and 2007. In 2007 we were ranked 30th out of 931 branches. I was selected for the 2008 Peer Choice Award for leadership. Also in 2008 I was asked to serve on the Regional Executive Council.

Received the award for Best Overall Performance in Q1, 2004. Maintained the #1 position in Northwest Atlanta for 9 consecutive months and hit 199% of plan in Q2, 2005. Regionally we ranked 21 out of 620+ banks. I was awarded 1st place for Overall Balanced Performance as a Manager.

Managed the technology department at Town Center and Perimeter. The store revenue was $30 and $16 million dollars per year respectively. As a manager of the store my requirements were to staff, train, develop, terminate, merchandise, analyze and support the technology department.

Responsible for leading a team of sales representatives in the field. Sold over 1000 subscriptions in one week as part of a record setting sales blitz and was awarded for outstanding contribution. I was awarded Rookie of the Year; My team averaged over 110% of quota during that period. In June of 2001 I was awarded as the top manager in our market. I also had the highest number of sales for any month during that year with over 800 in June. I was also the youngest to manage a sales team in the West division office.

Outstanding sales performance as I quickly rose to become a leader among my peers. After six months I was promoted to Sales Manager and took over my own crew.
