As a CFO & as a Consulting CFO, I help businesses optimize their financial performance, leverage data-driven insights, and prepare for successful exits. I have over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, forensic accounting, and data science, working with diverse industries such as energy, banking, solar, and technology.But I am especially excited about the immense potential with Blockchain technology and within that, Cryptocurrency. I have often been involved with the technology and business software aspects of the companies I have worked at and advised in the past and have extensive experience with many different finance, accounting, and other business-related software.I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) & Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and two years of coursework for a PhD in Accounting from the University of Utah (degree incomplete). I also have multiple course completion certifications in executive leadership, executive presence, and blockchain/cryptocurrency that has been solidified with real world experience with each. I am passionate about blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrency, and I stay updated on the latest trends and developments in this field. Currently, I am heavily involved with Crypto Taxes and Blockchain Forensics, and doing my best to navigate the rapidly changing Crypto landscape. :) I am fluent in Spanish and have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.I also have way too many hobbies. Tennis is my current obsession...winter in Utah isn't good for that. :(, but Skiing will work. :)
