Spinning up a new IT Asset Management group from scratch. We leverage ServiceNow as our CMDB and ITAM Managed Data Repository with feeds from Mercy Health's existing discovery technology: SCCM, SolarWinds, Airwatch, and others.

Operations team lead for IT Asset Management services (both hardware and software) for a new customer account. Organize and maintain a knowledge library of procedure, task, work line instructions, reference, and contact documentation for the team (4-6 members) and team leadership. Trained new team members on established activities and reported to upper management on KPI and SLA measures. Act as SME for cross-silo meetings to support other contractual activities, including audit defense, RU billing, CI maintenance, and CPI activities. Act as SPOC for customer ITAM concerns and activity coordination across internal silos.

Coordinated the receipt of use entitlements and installation keys from VARs and software manufacturers to end-user requests for software deployment. Provided end-user support for questions regarding software licenses, entitlements, and deployments as they occurred. Maintained a database of installation keys and physical software within a Definitive Software Library. Worked with other eSAM operatives to identify and exploit inefficiencies and delays, thereby improving the overall deployment process. Successfully trained and led a 5-person ‘off shore’ team to handle daily license key delivery duties.

Contract worker to a large financial organization, involved in completing an acquisition of a smaller bank. Coordinates efforts of on-site field technicians at 4-6 physical branch locations around the country, as they convert old operations and equipment over to the new parent company.
