I'm a Montana native who loves songwriting and traveling in my free time.I'm also a certified nerd. I have a B.S. in statistics from Montana State University (where I did consulting and research as an undergraduate) and I've worked for an AI consulting company (Atrium). Though I have expertise and experience in the tech sphere, I don't fit the stereotype. I'm about as extroverted as possible and one of my hobbies is making personal leadership content on my Instagram (@jeremytategrowth).Right now I'm leading Multiply Church: a church plant (brand new church as of February 2022) in Bozeman Montana that is a 501c3 non-profit. We focus on helping people take the next step in their relationship with God and meeting tangible community needs. I love people and as a pastor I have plenty of experience resolving conflict and boosting team morale.2. I'm a creative problem solver. I've worn several different hats (programmer, consultant, marketer, manager) and I am constantly learning. Rarely do I come across a challenge that I can't find or create the answer to.3. I develop people & systems. I focus on empowering my team to be as successful as possible even when sometimes that results in me getting less credit.
