About Jeremy Bunner, Mred

Graduate of Clemson University's Master of Real Estate Development program, Jeremy moved to Charlotte, NC, in 2014 to work as an acquisitions analyst for Allegiance Realty Corporation. In September 2015, Jeremy was recruited by Mattamy Homes to work as a Land Analyst. Over the next few years, Jeremy worked through several projects in the Charlotte Metro area and eventually was promoted to Senior Manager of Land Acquisition and Entitlement. That move brought Jeremy and his family to Southeast Florida, but after two years, they decided to return to the Carolinas to be closer to family. After a brief stint with Pulte in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Jeremy has transitioned back to Charlotte, NC, to run the Forestar Group, Inc land acquisition team. Given his solid educational background from Clemson and LSU School of Architecture and professional experience in multiple markets with multiple builders, Jeremy now applies his expertise in managing and growing the Charlotte Division at Forestar.
