Hello! My name is Jeremy. I am currently an undergraduate student at San Jose State University pursuing a degree in Computer Science.Growing up, like anyone, I was often asked, “What do you want to be?”. But I never had a clear answer. I had no productive passions or interests. Then, I came to a realization: I wasn't trying anything new. I took a high school Computer Science class with my friends. Using lines of code, I created programs and saw them come to life. I entered a Hackathon over the summer and helped create a project with my brother. We did not win, but it was a fun, new, learning experience for us.Trying new things and getting out of my comfort zone have impacted my life the most. It is easy to live in comfort, but trying new experiences is the way to live with no regrets. There is one motto I live by: "You need a little bit of rain to have a little bit of rainbow". You can’t have the good without the bad. You have to overcome adversity to become successful.
