TAt a time of system-wide Mental Health reform, the MHCA team are affecting real change as we actively engage in opportunities that better integrate family and carers in the design of the emerging new national and state mental health systems. I was treasurer prior to becoming president in late 2018.

I love getting to combine my original architecture experience, my design thinking and human-centred-design skills from my digital consulting days, and even my strategy and CX consulting from my in-house corporate roles.

Highlights: leading the pre-merger approach to identify and select the best merger candidate to ensure the long term sustainability of the ARAFEMI family and carer value proposition; and, selected as the board nominee to transfer across the Mind Australia who we merged with.

Also responsible for sales and account management for new and existing clients – nurturing client partnerships to co-deliver at all organisation levels, including with executive management.Highlights: Project-led the design, development and launch of Country Road's first step into online sales: significant increase in web traffic; over 600% increase in website visit duration; increased channel integration and campaign capabilities, improved customer data collection and integrity; and, reduction in call centre costs.
