Responsible for the operational delivery of utility demand side management (DSM) programs in Kentucky and Ohio, including residential new construction and residential and commercial equipment rebates. •Supervised 3 direct reports and 2 indirect reports working in two remote offices. •Oversight of all program deliverables and contract performance metrics for 4 utility DSM programs.•Management of program budgets, reporting, and contract performance and renewal.•Directed program development including incentive design, outreach and marketing strategy, and process improvement for rebate payment and quality assurance.•Coordination of annual Utilities Commission evaluations. •Client relationship management and business development.

Supported the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building certification program through technical development, program management, and business development.• Designed workflow and supervised four analysts conducting data collection, analysis, and production of feedback reports for building owners as a component of USGBC’s Building Performance Partnership. • Cultivated contacts and provided outreach and support to energy offices and public real estate departments of state and local governments throughout the United States.• Convened and facilitated stakeholder working groups to identify solutions to key barriers for green building in the public sector, resulting in the publication of the Roadmap to Green Government Buildings.• Developed and managed $75k budget and project plans for state and local government business development activities.• Solicited, negotiated, and managed consultant contracts totaling $100k.• Extensive communications activity including public speaking, interviews, writing articles and blog posts, contributing to publications, and providing content for marketing materials.

Supported the administration of Ohio’s advanced energy revolving loan fund. Screened grant applications, reviewed grantee reports, and conducted site visits to verify results and collect case-study information. Coordinated Ohio Solar Schools Program activities.

Researched, designed, and edited Ohio Consumer’s Guide to Buying a Solar Electric System. Recruited and organized volunteers, and led outreach activities at GEO events and workshops.

Planned and sequenced project execution and supervised five-person crew engaged in conservation, forest management, historic restoration, and community building projects.

Processed applications and payments for individual annuity products. Supported brokers and facilitated transfers from other banks. Served on issues resolution team.
