Directed a cross-functional team of 50+ military and civilian IT professionals that engineered and established robust network environment for small, medium, and large-scale Army and Joint live operational experiments and assessments (ex. Joint Warfighting Assessment (JWA)/DEFENDER, Project Convergence, and JADC2 Campaign Plan Experiments) that directly informed modernization decisions and the development of the Multi-Domain Operations and Joint Command and Control Concepts. Key leader in the development of the JADC2 concept for the Army, which is the Joint Force’s top priority in enabling future Joint All Domain Operations. Successfully executed multiple $50M+ Army and Joint experiments including three JWAs, three Network Integration Evaluations (NIE), and two JADC2 Campaign Plan Experiments that were attended by congressional representatives and senior military leaders within the Army, Joint Force, and Multinational force.

After completing a master's in civil engineering with a focus in geomatics, I was selected to return to West Point, serving as an assistant professor in the Geography and Environmental Engineering Department.As an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering I manage course development for and taught Geography, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Surveying. Responsible for the moral-ethical, academic, and military development of the future leaders of the military. + As the Head Academic Counselor, developing academic programs for cadets and provided assistance to all department counselors with updating and maintaining academic courses I exceeded the recruitment capacity of the department each year.+ I published an article in a peer reviewed journal and a textbook chapter for using data analysis to determine landslide movement using terrestrial laser scan data.
