We host more than 300 events each year, along with an array of philanthropic initiatives and positive-oriented media to enrich and engage our communities. We have teams working in Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee. In each city, a team of businesses, comprised of some of the largest employers in the world like FedEx, AutoZone, and International Paper to mid-size and smaller companies, have joined forces and funds to make a difference. We host seminars and workshops, executive lunches and panel discussions, bring in national guest speakers with our signature speaker series, and coordinate a variety of other events to enrich and engage the community. We provide turnkey volunteer opportunities for companies and individuals to become more engaged in the community and strategically leverage charitable giving and other resources to make an even greater impact. Recent examples include tutoring after school, scrubbing graffiti off buildings and bridges, washing the feet of over 3,500 kids and providing them with new shoes, picking up 90,000 pounds of trash at McKellar Lake, and giving a mortgage free home to a wounded Veteran Hero. On the media side, we co-produce (with PBS/WKNO) the monthly TV show, The SPARK, and the annual televised awards show, The SPARK Awards, airing on WKNO/Channel 10 in Memphis. Our cityCURRENT show airs on MeTV in Nashville. Our cityCURRENT Radio Show airs Sundays across Cumulus Media Memphis' four stations and across Cumulus Media Nashville's five stations. We have two books, "Giving Back with Purpose" and "Giving for Growth" which were published by Main Street Books.
