* Write APIs and services using Ruby on Rails to integrate with customer Loan Origination Systems (LOSes) to provide them with a seamless user experience.* Work with the Tech Council to help set the architecture direction and coding standards for the entire Snapdocss Engineering organization.* Help team members across the organization debug and fix tricky problems spanning multiple microservices. This was mostly in Ruby on Rails, but there was a little Go as well.* As a Tech Lead, work on features and bug fixes across the entire application stack, from using React to build and enhance components and workflows for the front-end experience to tuning Postgres queries and writing business logic for back-end systems in Ruby on Rails.

* Work on a prototype workflow engine in Ruby on Rails to process drug trial data via an R-based microservice.* Build a front-end for the workflow engine using Rails Components and Tailwind CSS.

Software highlights include: 3D visualization, database integration, integration with Truswal’s structural analysis package, TrusPlus, and an advanced MFC GUI. Tasks include: Object-oriented C++ design and coding. Contribute to programmer organization and work distribution by helping coordinate the software project plan. Assign/validate tasks for entry-level programmers. Interface with engineering for requirements and software evaluation/verification.
