PlaidJack existed to simplify the web for small businesses and began as a collaboration between Chronicle and Cayenne Creative. Through strategic, modern design we built thoughtful, streamlined websites that clearly communicated a company's message on all devices whether smartphone, tablet or desktop. I managed all aspects of the company including product development, sales, contract negotiation, project management, finances, marketing, hiring and workshops.Through my sales strategies and process we grew the company from zero to $100k+ in sales in the first year. PlaidJack merged with Chronicle in December, 2013.

Chronicle is a digital marketing and development firm that builds web applications and sites for large corporations and growing start-ups. My role included: Designing targeted customer personas and co-creating a digital marketing strategy to attract and convert customers including blog posts, social media and video production.Created and presented sales proposals including wire-frames of custom software products to potential clients.Constructed an in-office video production studio complete with a lighting kit, camera, audio equipment and video editing software.Used Lean Startup methodology to test new ideas and take them from concept to market. Launched web development brand, PlaidJack, out of these efforts.
