About Jeremy Smart
Starting a a collector at Wachovia Dealer Services. I was able to help many customers get back on their feet. I practiced patience, and empathy. I always put the customer and the company first. After almost 4 years, I moved on to underwriting. I truly loved developing relationships with our dealer customers, negotiating a fair solution, and bringing in business. I was routinely ranked in the top 10% of underwriters every month in the 2-year span of doing the job, which was not just my accomplishment but a huge team accomplishment as well. I moved my family from Sacramento to Los Angeles where I became a Business Development Representative for Wells Fargo Dealer Services. In 2016, I started my new career as a Dealer Relationship Manager for The Golden 1 Credit Union. In 2017 I ranked as the number two rep in the company and number 1 in the SoCal division. Overall I had huge market share growth over the first two years of employment.
