- As "Product Owner", responsible for developing, grooming and publishing product road maps for each of the applications in our product suite based on information gathered from interaction with clients, attendance to industry conferences, market research and competitive analysis.- Drive annual and quarterly product steering discussions. - Manage client deployments of APEXWare solutions from the signing of the contract to the transition of the project to technical support. - Develop project plans and conduct routine project status meetings - Installation and configuration of server and application server components (web components, TCP/IP data server components, reporting components, etc.) - Build data integrations using C# scripting and ETL tools to a variety of back office systems including SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, AS400, Epicor, JDE, ACCPAC, etc. - Build support for EDI (810s, 820s, 856s) for data exchange for our clients and theircustomers - Conduct BPR (business process reviews), mapping process into flow diagrams. - Perform functional gap analysis and document functional requirements resultant of this analysis - Work with lead architect to design features/enhancements for the applications. - Manage the development of enhancements from approval to planning to QA to release. - Develop DRPs (Disaster Recovery Plans) - Manage “go-live” transitions and provide hyper-care level of support until systemsare operational and stable- Responsible for re-engineering the solution delivery process to provide better reporting and improve estimating capabilities.
