Took part in cellarman duties for over 70-800bbl fermenters, from yeast pitch to cold crash, including dry hops, CIP processes, yeast handling and sanitation. Experience with beer conditioning, centrifuge operation, filtration, and pasteurization processes on Alfa Laval, Schenk and Comcac equipment.
