As Senior Vice President, Mr. Doss is responsible for creating development opportunities for the University Development Team by introducing RISE's services to Higher Ed clients as well as working closely with these collegiate partners throughout the development process for housing, dining, retail, structured parking and other revenue generating campus facilities. His key functions include creating and cultivating close relationships with clients, overseeing programmatic and conceptual design generation, proforma and cost analysis, rental rate verification, managing consultants and other team members as well as monitoring the overall schedule and progress of each project.Since joining RISE in 2001, Doss's 20 years of experience in the student housing and campus development industry includes the development of over 24,000 beds of housing, 200,000 sf of campus retail, 3,600 seats of campus dining and 3,300 structured parking spaces, which collectively total over $1.7 billion in development value across 8.7 million sq. ft. of campus construction.
