1999-2001: I split time between the shop running a ProtoTrak mill, and Sinclair’s Step II shop class. I continued running machines gaining skills and experience on CNC Milling, Turning, Surface/IDOD/Jig Grinding equipment.2001-2004: I had responsibilities in customer management, order entry, shop scheduling, purchasing, receiving, trucking, shipping, facilities maintenance, Safety, IT, & Quality.2004-2005: I assisted moving our operations to the Webster St. address and setting up/transitioning all required infrastructure. I managed projects and assisted others in not only the move, but also delivering 100% on time during the biggest year in sales volume in the history of Dysinger, Inc. I managed the successful 2-month project to register Dysinger, Inc to ISO 9001:2000 & added Management Representative for Quality to my responsibilities.2006: I lead the implementation of a server based IT network. I lead the selection & implementation of our new ERP (Global Shop) system, going live one month ahead of schedule. Lead ERP management was added to my responsibilities.2007-2009: I continued with management responsibilities in Quality, IT/ERP & Safety. I also led a 5-month project to successfully register to ISO 9001:2008 with AS9100:2004. Our certification score was an extremely rare 100% (880/880)!2010-2012: In 2010, I began a new role as Production Control Manager. I have also developed, trained & manage a talented group of individuals to support shipping, receiving, materials, facilities, & Quality Management. Responsibilities included on time delivery, customer service, capacities, scheduling, problem identification, & facilitating Production Meetings to resolve problems.2013: Mgt. Rep for Quality & I.S.

This was a part-time job that I worked during my time at the University of Cincinnati. I learned a lot about working with 2-4 peer managers to direct as many as 40 employees during busy seasons. At other times I worked as security at the Zoo gates or animal houses. This was a great job that I really enjoyed, and I learned a lot while I was there!
