Responsible for supporting the design and architecture of the HR function for a growing oil and gas construction company. As the functional leader I sat on the Executive Leadership team. This position allowed me to build an HR function from the ground up, rolling out policies and procedures which supported Federal and State compliance, while improving the employee experience.

Supported the Hospitality, Real Estate and Retail divisions, providing strategic partnership to my stakeholders. As an HR Business Partner I was responsible for executing projects which supported the HR operating model, the annual goal setting and performance management process, coaching and discipline, employee relations, investigations, and partnered with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams to recruit and develop talent through a variety of programs. My success as an HR Business Partner was a result of my ability to use data, combined with the employee experience, to tell compelling and data-driven stories in support of initiatives and programs which supported the business priorities.

As the Manager. Talent Acquisition Programs I was responsible for supporting the business by designing customized strategies to support the growth of the business. This position allowed me the opportunity to develop the University recruiting program, intern and management training programs, design multiple development programs to attract and retain talent, oversee social recruiting, develop marketing content and manage vendor relationships. My success in this role was influenced by my ability to look at the holistic HR picture, analyze data and produce reporting which supported the recruiting process. As a manager on the talent acquisition team I was able to grow my project management skills by leading a variety of initiatives in support of the HR operating model.

Served as the President of the Board of Directors for Denver's second largest AIDS Service Organization. RMC facilitates high quality centralized medical care, supportive services and educational resources to the diverse and inclusive AIDS community living in Colorado. Lead the launch of a full service pharmacy to support the community. As Board President I oversaw the growth of the agency and partner with the board members and RMC CaresRx staff to create innovative programs to support the Colorado community.

Oversaw daily functions of a national fulfillment company, including client services, HR, IT and administrative roles.

Partnered with the Benefits team to build their in-house massage therapist program and recruit talent. Designed and implemented sourcing strategies to attract talent. Full life-cycle recruiting for 76 openings. Contract position.

Supported the creation of training courses for the Pharmacy Choice online Pharmacy Tech training program.

Designed and implemented a proprietary applicant tracking system (ATS) to support the company's recruiting effort. Responsible for overseeing the the launch of the Prescriptions Solutions call center in Overland Park, KS where I created a successful branding campaign to attract top talent in the area. Managed the acquisition of over 1000 positions including leadership, team leads, trainers, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Developed training materials and courses.
