As the Executive Director of Dream Center Evansville, I lead a team of 36 staff and 20 regular volunteers who provide services and programs to empower individuals and families in need. I have almost ten years of experience in this role, and I am passionate about building collaboration with educational partners and non-profit organizations designed to benefit our clients.Some of my most significant accomplishments include:1. Increasing my current employer's budget from $450k annually to nearly $2MM. 2. Increased my current employer's staff from six to over thirty.3. Revamped program at Dream Center Evansville to more accurately reflect regional and national trends as to what's working in poverty alleviation. 4. Led a collaborative effort with the University of Evansville and the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation to achieve a federal Promise Neighborhoods designation, helping to put $30MM of federal funds in the hands of 23 local area partners. With my experience, I can help organizations:• Establish clear revenue and expense projections, making monthly and quarterly business assessments simple and easy to understand. • Learn how to incorporate regional and national best practice strategies to both increase effectiveness and garner the attention of funders and influential leaders.• Build relationships with the most important stakeholders an organization already possesses, and identify and prioritize new strategic partnerships for development.
