As a Senior Claims Representative for ESIS, a TPA, I help large corporate clients with their pending liability claims. I assess the value of bodily injury claims stemming from auto and general liability losses. I work with defense attorneys and often in house corporate defense counsel to evaluate each litigated case and determine the best strategy to utilize to reach an efficient resolution. I have been rated as “Exceeding Expectations” in my first year with this TPA. I excel at summarizing injury claims to their most basic points which helps clients to understand why a claim is worth the range that it is. I am licensed in New York as well as Oklahoma which reciprocates to the same states as Texas and other common exam required state licenses do
