A very experienced sales professional having worked for several leading UK wine companies, huge experience of the On-Trade, managing on-trade sales teams for 10 years at Bibendum and Boutinot. Origin Wines Consultancy grew out of a desire to use my contacts and expertise to help smaller and mid sized producers navigate a route to market in the UK, either working directly with the end user or supporting the UK importer/agent. The objective is to provide customer insight and hands on sales and marketing support, helping brand owners to make sense of the competitive UK market and most importantly make a profit.I also provide a consultancy service offering bespoke solutions for restaurants and hotels which goes above and beyond writing wine lists and staff training. Corporate events and tutored wine tastings is another growing part of the business.
