As Development Director I've lead the development team at oWOW and has successfully completed 255,000 SF in operating projects (240 units, $150M costs), is currently in construction of 175,000 SF (236 units, $120M costs) and managing 575,000 SF in new development projects (1000 units, $287M in costs) at different phases between entitlements to leasing, and is working on another 1,000,000 SF in the pipeline (1,400+ units; $625M in costs). As Project Manager, he ran all facets of architectural design, coordinated and managed all design consultants, built all processes for pro formas, budgets, and schedules, designed all test-fits and conceptual schematics for all ongoing projects, re-designed twice and project managed a 102 unit, 50M project, successfully entitled 3 projects totaling 200 units with another 128 units soon to be approved winter 2018, facilitated a transit-oriented housing City of Richmond RFP to 2nd place with 1000 units proposed (that were 100% affordable), and ran up 4 projects at once.
