About Jeremy Carter

There are two fundamental beliefs I've developed in my career: Housing is a Human Right and Housing is Healthcare. For the past 14 years I've worked with people all across western Pennsylvania who have struggled with housing, and organizations who strive to stabilize and innovate to help their communities. I'm currently the manager of Housing Strategy at UPMC Health Plan, executive board officer of ACTION housing, board member of OPDC, and current graduate student at PITT (H2P!) for public policy.I'm on a mission to advance policy, program and funding solutions that advance affordable housing for all.
