Designed and executed implementation of network architecture to provide failover protection, redundancy, and backup solutions in order to fulfill 99.9% up-time Service Level Agreements with insurance carriers. Directly managed a team comprised of software engineers, network engineers, business analysts, and support specialists. Performed liaison duties between business end users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications and trouble shooting.
