Project consisted of data gathering from over 85 interviews and focus groups and over 3000 people surveyed plus persona development and associated communication material.- Nordic Banking ClientEngaged by the CDO for the redesign and ramp up of the CDO function to align with a data product delivery strategy via an internal marketplace. Facilitated an assessment of the Data Transformation as-is state and helped shape and execute a roadmap towards the to-be. Worked with the Head of Data Transformation to ensure rapid leadership transition and full overview of responsibilities, immediate action items, governance processes, budget and resources. Advised on the design and ramp up of an IT operating model fusing agile and waterfall teams and associated governance forums and processes. Collaborated on the creation of a data culture roadmap to raise the data literacy of 1000+ employees and established the transformation office to deliver a communication strategy leveraging visual storytelling assets in collaboration with Accenture Song. Produced a roadmap for the implementation of a Value Realization Office (VRO) to quantify value generation.

Also responsible for anti-phishing, information security and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.- Operational RiskResponsible for risk oversight, advisory and control of business operations in addition to the quantification of operational risk exposure, analysis and execution of process improvement initiatives.- Insourcing, Security, Agility and Cloud (ISAC) project.Risk lead providing managerial oversight and tracking of value realization to the cloud migration and operating model transformation project leading to increased enterprise agility and digital maturity.

- Business Development and Studies:Formulated recommendations on mergers/acquisitions of brownfield state owned assets to be utilised for upcoming arctic oil and gas developments with potential value over USD 20b.Authored a first of its kind feasibility study making recommendations on the application of new technologies for the decommissioning of legacy marine concrete assets.Engaged in post-carve-out redesign and optimization of processes underlying the project delivery model leading to the formation of a successful joint venture and award of a NOK 6.7b EPC contract.- Project Controls:Advisory, audit and contract administration services specializing in earned value measurement and weight control. Collaborated on a tender pricing strategy that lead to the award of a six year frame agreement.- Nyhamna Expansion Project:Executed the detailed design of structural modules. Also assisted in the drafting of the design specifications and collaboration of design input data.

- PNG LNG Project:Engaged in the detailed design of a range of civil and structural process facilities in accordance with domestic and international design standards.

- Australian Mining Market Study:Authored a study of the Australian mining market. Identified key market growth areas, an assessment of key competitors and barriers to entry as well as strategic alliances (potential and existing) and the relative strengths and weaknesses of the business in the current market. Contributed to the receipt of a USD 21.8m E&P contract.

- Boddington Gold Mine Expansion Project:Oversaw the tender, mobilisation, construction and closeout of civil, structural and architectural contracts totaling over AUD 400 million in value. Responsible for the initial drafting of tender documents, field engineering, construction management and scheduling.Further responsibilities include the formulation of design and construction specifications, scope of work documents, construction schedules, contract requisitions and a variety of other technical documents.
