I led Talent Acquisition for Avionics, Test Engineering, Functional Test Engineering, Hardware Development Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Embedded SW Engineering, and GNC. I was recruited to the company as a senior member of a 20+ member team facing an aggressive FY22 hiring ramp. Under ITAR compliance regulations I delivered the following wins:-2X Talent growth for FY22. Virgin Hyperloop was a Richard Branson backed technology startup building future facing high speed transportation solutions with zero vehicle emissions. The company’s goal was to create a commercially viable “hyperloop” product to replace the antiquated transportation infrastructure for people and goods. I was hired to help with several key TA initiatives.- Partner with CEO and Engineering Leaders to build sourcing, messaging, and acquisition strategies for critical CTO/VP of Engineering, and Head of Program Management during a period of 3.5X talent growth- Source and recruit Mechanical, Embedded Software and Electrical, and Program Management talent - Lead TA process improvement by optimizing pipeline management and reporting in Greenhouse (ATS) and improved template messaging- Trained and Mentored junior members of the team on full cycle recruitment

In the months following IPO Uber ($UBER) began to grow beyond the rideshare vertical, launching Uber Works, which would provide the technology basis for one unified platform, where users could meet more than just rideshare needs. At the same time, the company was investing heavily in their Pittsburg, PA Advanced Technologies Group (ATG) building Autonomous Driving Vehicles. I was hired to recruit Engineering talent for both units, first Works, then ATG. - Reporting directly to Uber Works Business Unit CEO, successfully recruited the first SW Engineering Director and Head of Product Management- Owned and managed recruiting on 25+ concurrent Engineering requisitions, including ADAS, AL/ML, Computer Vision, UI/UX and Embedded HW and SW Engineers and others

Duende is a boutique winery producing small lots of wine for high-end restaurants and consumers. Annual production is less than 500 cases. I co-founded Duende in 2006 and led go-to-market strategy, including brand development and all sales and marketing programs. I remain an active partner.

Led team of 5 producing documentary films of events for distribution among internal stakeholders.
