Performs cost analysis, coordinates and implements various development, redevelopment, building and capital improvement projects from scope through construction for the town.

Responsible for all aspects of zoning administration, short and long range planning including presenting to Council and the Planning Commission, plan review and site inspections for commercial and residential projects as well as completing updates to the City's General Plan. Managed the writing and implementation of the City's first ever Architectural Review Guidelines for single-family residences. Successfully completed the City's only comprehensive zoning code review and update since its adoption in 1967.

Hosted public hearings, researched, authored and implemented general plan and zoning code updates in addition to providing third party plan review services to the City of Tucson for site plans, landscape plans, ADA accessibility, NPDES and SWPPP's.

Responsible for construction plan intake, estimating construction cost for billing purposes and processing payments for plan review services while providing excellent customer service.
