Since 1978 Karl Schmidt Manufacturing has been engineering and manufacturing conveyors and recycling systems. It has installed over 2,000 conveyors, dual stream systems and single stream recycling systems around the world.I joined the company for the opportunity to learn more about the engineering and manufacturing of conveyor systems. My core focus was to redefine the core brand, market strategies and messaging to both dealers and end users. The restructuring helped bring profitability back to the business after 5+ years of negative retained accounts earnings.

Alignex is the source for engineering and manufacturing technology, with a portfolio of software products including 2D CAD, 3D CAD, ERP, Simulation, Design Automation, Plant Design and Concept Design.I sold Solidworks mechanical CAD software along with PDM and PLM software solutions to help engineering and manufacturing companies enhance their design techniques for improved product design, operations, conveyors, plants and more.

I joined DTS because I wanted to use my passion for sales and challenge myself by selling one of the most commoditized products: copiers. I built a client roster from scratch and worked hard to establish my clients' trust. In doing so, I established myself as a partner who could help them navigate extremely complex processes on of lease contracts, buyouts and invoices.During my tenure I was DTS' leading Account Manager for 5 years and earned Sales Representative of the Year and President's Club awards.
