● Project Title: Establishing in vitro methods for screening chemical treatments against Amoebic Gill Disease (AGD)● Cell culturing, preparation of growth media for nutrients, and growth of amoeba and bacteria. Use ofimmunofluorescence and absorbance bioassay to detect the growth of amoeba Neoparamoeba perurans in Biosafety 2 and 3 laboratory● Conduct experiments under GLP, COSHH, and other safety measures● Evaluated the screening methods for N. perurans and suggested immunofluorescence as the best method. Furthermore, identified potential novel treatments and chemicals that are successfully inhibiting the growth of N. perurans and AGD

● Worked directly with apron services (bus company) to improve communication system efficiency through an iPad application● Evaluated the use of apron Wi-Fi vs sim card through a self-made experimental project of the coverages of both wireless network methods, which resulted in the implementation of the use of sim cards for all devices on the apron● Group presentation on improvements of accessibility in the Arrival Hall, conducting surveys to collect opinions from visitors
