As Quality Manager, responsible for overseeing and managing the quality assurance and control processes within the organization. Emphasis in maintaining and improving product quality, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Quality Control:Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems and processes.Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.Collaborate with production, manufacturing, and service teams to address quality issues.Quality Assurance:Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.Ensure that all products or services conform to established quality criteria.Develop and update quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.Regulatory Compliance:Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards (ISO 9001 & IATF 16949)Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant quality and safety regulations.Manage and coordinate quality audits and certifications.Continuous Improvement:Implement quality improvement initiatives and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean.Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement.Lead cross-functional teams to drive quality enhancement projects.Training and Development:Train employees on quality standards and best practices.Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.Provide guidance and support to team members.Supplier and Vendor Management:Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials or components from suppliers.Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve the supply chain.Reporting and Analysis:Generate quality performance reports and metrics.Communicate quality trends and issues to management and other stakeholders.
