Responsible for project design work, project management; working with customers and manufacturing to solve performance issues. Managed new product launch. Solidworks 2011.

Surface Mining Segment, Rotary toolsResponsible for identifying and eliminating key factors that limit product performance and reliability using systematic well documented failure analysis of worn mining drill bits/products. Materials and process engineering support, product development support including development of new materials, processes and methods. Responsible for hiring, supervising and training lab personnel in equipment use, methods and safety standards. Spec and procure lab equipment from conception to completion for full functioning metallographic laboratory. Created training videos to decrease training time.

Disassembly and analysis of worn mining bits, materials testing and evaluation. Received training and certification of Field Engineer Level II.

Assisted engineers in surveying pipelines, industrial sites and mining facilities.
