I am leverage prior real world experiences with Mirth Connect and expanding them with Mirth's HIE suite to ensure customers get accurate and timely responses for quotes, RFP's, and SOW's. At the same time, I am working on new internal processes and building out a new team.

HL7 interface setup, testing, and maintenance, implementations, training, and consulting

Database and HL7 Interface installation, configuration, and modification for an Opensource EHR, Openvista. I have worked with hospitals with 10 to 475 beds. I also developed a curriculum for the Technical Architect position and executed several training classes. I am also responsible for training new members of the team.

Working on getting the Connex, Mirth, Interface Engine out to customers.

I am an IS Director for a small rural hospital in south Alabama. I am responsible for all workstations, servers (including an AS/400), and phones.

My position was as a Clinical Applicaiton Analyst. I was the primary IS contact for Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Caridovascular Services. I was also the primary technical asset for all clinical application and hardware. I supported 2 P series AIX servers and numerous Windows servers. I also was the primary support for wireless hardware that included PC's and Pocket PC's that ran clinical applications.
