Leveraging a tech stack of Azure/AWS Cloud, Angular, Java SpringBoot, event functions, REDIS, NoSQL, PostGres.Spearheaded the conception, architecture, and implementation of a robust 4 Terrabyte Data Lake infrastructure built on Azure Synapse Cloud and Databricks, facilitating the aggregation, storage, and seamless retrieval of multi-source, high-volume medical and real-estate data for advanced analytics and reporting. Facilitating over 8 terabytes of data with weekly updates and quarterly refreshes.Developed a robust map-based Angular Web-App to provide access to complex data analysis exposed via PostGres DBs on top of an Azure DataLake.Established and maintained a rigorous data governance and quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, as well as industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Migrated from Azure Cloud to AWS over a 6 month timeframe, moving all application based infrastructure to AWS and leaving Data infrastructure within Azure. Allowing us to leverage NoSQL for faster request processing and LAMBDAs for simple event management within the middleware.

Own design and delivery for all strategic initiatives focused around the mobile space. Modernized PNC's retail mobile application by upgrading to a real-time Kafka transactional platform for all service layer interaction and upgraded native applications to modern codeset.Tasked with being delivery lead for all aspects of design, development and technology for PNC's Low Cash Mode and several of the highest profile retail technology projects over 2 years, including youth banking app efforts, B2C and B2B mobile payments and upgrade of backend FIS system.

MeterFeeder was built with the goal of disrupting the archaic parking systems by providing very simple, very easy parking tools any size municipality. As a technology first company, we focus on usability and efficiency and take a new approach to solving the existing parking issues and presenting new ways to introduce smart parking solutions.Spearheaded the sales and marketing efforts to close 9 local municipalities contracts within the first 18 months.

Led overall program management activities for a +$50 million plus redesign of HM's claims management software, taking the software from an internal platform to a SaaS platform that was leveraged by other Blue Cross Blue Shield providers. My responsibilities included overseeing design, development, QA and market roll-out for the platform. Managed a project team of over 100 resources located both on-site and virtual/overseas.

Tasked with taking the proprietary technology and transforming it into a SaaS based model. Led a team of 8 in conception, design, development and roll-out of the SaaS platform. This included working closely with sales and marketing to define MVP, roll-out strategy, go-to market pricing and management and overall project timeline.
