You will find me to be a highly creative and entrepreneurial leader with deep experience in global luxury Visual Merchandising, fixture design, store design, and creative leadership. I have a proven history of building new teams from scratch along with a track record of turning around under-performing groups and/or businesses.In my current role as Director of Global Visual Merchandising & Store Design for Hourglass Cosmetics, I have been a key player in the company’s growth from 500 to 1,000+ retailers and now lead multiple vendors to manage dozens of fixture designs, 30+ shop-in-shops and 2 flagship doors across these 1,000+ locations. Successes include building the function from the ground up, leading a global store fixture rebranding initiative and sourcing new materials that cut costs.Previously, I held the position of Director of Visual Merchandising for Murad Skincare where I created an acclaimed store design that became the launch pad for all future stores and won an A.R.E award for design. During this time I also led the introduction of smart technology into the company’s store designs.The common thread running through my entire career is my unusual blend of creativity and sharp business acumen.For fun I am constantly improving my home, ride mountain bikes, skateboard, and maintain my passion for anything Vintage BMX.

CuratorRad:: The Movie Collection May 2008 - PresentAppleton, Wi, United StatesI was the luckiest kid in 1985 arriving on the set of RAD. This love for RAD is a deep part of my sole. So back in 2008 I started posting pieces of my collection on a blog post. I was so surprised by the response that I began to formalize a place for fans to get the latest news, see all the historical things we could find, and share stories with everyone. All the while hoping that we could organize this passion into action for a release. Today, the Facebook page enjoys thousands of visits every day and we pride ourselves on preserving the impact this film has had globally. We knew there was a fan base but had no idea there was a HUGE fan base stretching around the globe.Our efforts are clear, "preserve the best pieces of RAD while continuing its legacy for future generations to enjoy." We will not promote illegal DVD sales, product knock-offs, or anyone trying to make a fast buck on this film, in appreciation to the rights holders. We do share images and anything else we can get a hold of for the sole purpose of documenting the historical aspects of this great film.The site also helped bring together a group which organized the 25th Anniversary of the movie. During this event my museum was on display at the BMX Gallery in Calgary. Following the Calgary event, the museum was on temporary exhibit in the BMX Hall of Fame at the Olympic Training Center Chula Vista, CA in conjunction with the London summer games. We also take some credit for pushing the rights holders to put this movie on DVD / digital release which culminated in 2020.
