Co-managed 30 resources that built, maintained, tested and deployed product data catalogs across all selling channels. I was responsible for project estimation, planning and scheduling. I was a key contributor in developing a lean methodology for collecting, generating and deploying product data catalogs. This methodology is still in use today and has proven to reduce catalog project costs by 35%. These reductions in cost were created by wholly defining each task of the project and identifying toll gates. Project duration has been reduced by being able to define individual task and deliverable dates at the beginning of the project as well as setting proper expectations with all stakeholders. I also maintained my PKE responsibilities by creating and deploying 35 product and installation services catalogs for use in a brand new program at a national big box retailer across 1700+ stores. That program and the data catalogs are still in use today.
