Utilizing a proven track record I manage and execute all GA product releases ensuring scope and schedule adherence. I manage key client expectations, priorities and schedules. Refine product strategy and build out our cloud-based guided selling portfolio. Assist executive team with defining new contract details including scope and requirements definition and project schedules. Provide input to the sales and marketing teams to help define product pricing and marketing strategies. Continuously research and stay on top of markets served and competition.

Managed our guided and visual selling product roadmap. Provided technical product and industry knowledge to the executive team to help formulate product and key client strategies. Defined and executed the 3rd point release of our catalog maintenance tool (iCat). I introduced, developed and helped market key new features that drove adoption rates enabling the business to EOL our legacy catalog maintenance tools. I formulated and presented a 3-5 year guided selling product strategy (full cycle selling) to the executive team which is being executed with great success. I also defined and managed the production release scope and schedule for our newest cloud-based m2o guided selling platform.

Assumed product project management responsibilities for all guided and visual selling applications. Worked with all stakeholders to refine the product backlogs. I set and managed project and release schedules. I provided analysis skills on existing contracts to determine if feature gaps were present and provide solutions to ensure payment and maintenance schedules were adhered to. I managed the requirements, implementation, testing and deployment phases of our visual selling tools (DIY Designer Series) to a national big box retailer's 2200+ stores as well as to their .com. I also managed the production deployment of a custom guided selling (m2o) solution for the same big box retailer to all 2200+ stores.

Responsible for Edgenet's catalog development and maintenance solutions and tools. I worked with all stakeholders to define detailed technical, interface and output requirements for these tools. I was also responsible for product and feature documentation creation.

Started and managed a brand new team within the professional services organization. My responsibility was to further decrease catalog generation costs specifically by reducing duration and increasing accuracy of the data collection and catalog architecting phases of catalog projects. In less than a year my team decreased the cost of these phases by almost 50% allowing the professional services team to turn out new catalog builds with unprecedented accuracy and speed.

Co-managed 30 resources that built, maintained, tested and deployed product data catalogs across all selling channels. I was responsible for project estimation, planning and scheduling. I was a key contributor in developing a lean methodology for collecting, generating and deploying product data catalogs. This methodology is still in use today and has proven to reduce catalog project costs by 35%. These reductions in cost were created by wholly defining each task of the project and identifying toll gates. Project duration has been reduced by being able to define individual task and deliverable dates at the beginning of the project as well as setting proper expectations with all stakeholders. I also maintained my PKE responsibilities by creating and deploying 35 product and installation services catalogs for use in a brand new program at a national big box retailer across 1700+ stores. That program and the data catalogs are still in use today.

In addition to PKE responsibilities I worked with the management team to scope and estimate new catalog builds and maintenance efforts to ensure accurate resource planning could take place. I also was responsible for ensuring development standards were followed by the PKE team and that projects remained on time and budget.

Built and tested product data catalogs for the building products industry. I worked closely with Merchants, Buyers and Marketers as well as Product Engineers to ensure accurate data catalogs were built and published to their sales and quoting systems. Clients included national big box retailers as well as manufacturers and distributors within the building products industry.
