• Responsible to execute the Manufacturing Planning Schedule in a timely and effective manner meeting Quality, Materials and Regulatory Departments expectations.• Responsible of improvements in line balancing, inventory controls, and labor efficiency.• Showed leadership and capability to create a teamwork environment at the production line.

• Responsible for overall manufacturing processes support and improvements.• Successfully led the complete transfer of the "Solvents and Mixing Chemical Room" from Laurinburg (USA) to Costa Rica facilities, meeting project plan dates and technical/safety requirements.• Put together the yearly operating budget, balancing organization needs versus available resources for the different involved departments.
