Lead engineering team through the merger of a $1 billion acquisition while simultaneously converting network core to 10 GE service over DWDM.

Served as Network Architecture lead for data center, routing, and switching technologies for client networks ranging in size from 2,500 to 100,000 nodes.Accomplishments● Designed and implemented a virtualized network service solution for a 100,000 node K-12 education consortium. The solution allowed virtual firewall, IPS, and VoIP services to be delivered to multiple school districts across Ohio.● Developed an automated network assessment product that performed security, infrastructure, and packet forensic analysis on client networks. The automation resulted in a 300% increase in professional services engagement profitability.

Serve as principle IT infrastructure architect. Propose, implement, and support enterprise wide technology initiatives. Jointly manage a $1.5 million annual Network Engineering budget.
