Other highschool students typically keep it updated and I assist them when they get stuck. I manage the photos portion of the website and other board members manage the rest of the content and design on the site.

Assisted professors, staff, and students with both classroom technology and office computers. Installed many different software applications on Windows, OSX, and Linux. Installed new computers and removed old ones. Securely wiped old hard drives. Automated installs for various applications. Installed applications using SCCM. Created and maintained tickets in CRM database. Recovered data from failed hard drives and failed RAID arrays.

I help students get their computers connected to the campus network and remove malware if needed.

Helped faculty and staff when their computers either stopped working correctly or when they had questions. I also went out to classrooms and labs when a computer stopped working during a class. I also had to go around and keep things updated and do basic troubleshooting when things didn't work.

I monitored the computer lab to make sure students weren't breaking the computers or disrupting other students. I also assisted students in getting ID badges, getting connected to the campus network, and how to use e-mail/take classes online.

Moved computers around the school, cleaned computer labs in both high school and middle school, helped teachers with computer problems.
