I provided support with installation and setting up eEye products. After that, I made sure the user could successfully and reliably find vulnerabilities across their network. I also assisted them in how to mitigate their findings. I also provided support when they received errors, were getting false findings along with any other problems the user ran into. It was my goal to make sure that the eEye suite was running properly, configured correctly, in order to assure them that they were indeed finding all vulnerablities that they were able to using eEye's software. Overview of the eEye programs: eEye Retina is a software program used to scan for vulnerabilities locally and across a network. eEye REM is a web based program that used IIS and SQL to manage multiple Retina scanning machines. I was required to have skills in SQL Database, IIS, Networking, Windows XP, Windows VISTA, and Unix based operating systems.

I worked at the corporate level providing advanced helpdesk support to over 3,000 Account Executives for several employment agencies. The users were using NT, 2000, and XP workstations. I remoted into their computers with VNC to fix their issues. I used Touchpaper software to log all of my tickets. I provided support for AppleOne's in-house program called Office Automation which uses a Microsoft SQL Database for managing temp employees. I worked with Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer to Administer their database and manage the SQL replication. I added/removed computers, set up Exchange Accounts, and set up User with Active Directory. I dealt with user's issues concernting CISCO VOIP Phones, printers, and scanners. I supported all MS Office 2000 and 2003 products. I troubleshot network problems by checking their TCP\IP and DNS settings. I dealt with all other networking and software related issues that the end users had.

Experience setting up a network for 300 end users on a secure intranet and on a non-secure intranet. domains for our 300 Users from scratch. One was for the secure side and one was regular. Set up and maintained the PDC and BDC on NT Servers, Exchange 5.5 Server and Symantec Anti-virus Server on 2000 Servers, DNS and WINNS were on an NT Server, Cisco routers and switches, and CAT-5, and OpticalFiber. Also provided software and hardware troubleshooting for the end users on this network for MS Office, printers, networking issues and any other problems that they may have encountered.
