I am a combat-tested veteran and business leader. I am currently the market leader for Colliers Minnesota, a business with approximately 70 professionals and revenues exceeding $30M annually. I began my career as an attorney in the US Army before transitioning to a career in real estate. Spanning my time at both Ryan Companies and Mortenson, I spent nearly a decade in real estate development, personally leading projects valued at more than $300M. Being a part of a strong team has been essential to my personal and professional development. As a leader, I endeavor to translate that experience into helping Colliers’ brokers grow their business. I am deeply involved in helping our brokers business plan, up-skill, and position for, pitch and win new business. The greatest thrill is helping win business thought out-of-reach.I am also committed to giving back. As the out-going chair of ULI Minnesota and current chair of the ULI MN Emeritus Committee, I have devoted significant time and attention to both building a team and curating a governance strategy that will enable ULI to be at the forefront of DEI issues for generations to come. I have also served on the boards of NAIOP, Rebuilding Together Twin Cities, and the Hennepin Theater Trust, and cofounded The Hammer, an annual real estate curling tournament that has raised nearly $170,000 for Hearts & Hammers, a 501(c)(3) focused on rehabbing homes of elderly, disabled, widowed and veteran members of the Twin Cities.
